Group Play: If your social dog loves playing with other pups, social play at Creature Comforts is the perfect fit. We’ll choose the best playmates for your dog based on size, energy level and personality, then unleash them in our indoor and outdoor play yards. All groups are supervised by highly trained pet care professionals, so your pup has a safe and secure place to satisfy their “pack” instinct and get lots of exercise!
Personal Play: Many dogs prefer the company of a human friend. One-on-one playtimes with a specially trained caregiver ensure your pup gets all the exercise, attention, and fun they crave at their own comfort level. We’ll personalize your pup’s playtimes to whatever they prefer, whether it’s chasing a ball across the play yard, belly rubs, or comfy cuddles in the air conditioning.
Pampering & Love: At Creature Comforts, we know some pups crave extra TLC. Your snuggle-pup will love being tucked in for the night with cuddle time, belly rubs, and undivided attention.
Puppy & Senior Care: We appreciate the special needs of puppies and senior pets. Our Puppy Package provides extra playtime and potty breaks for the young ones, and our TLC Package spoils seniors and special needs pets with stretch breaks, orthopedic bedding, and unlimited medications.
Tasty Treats: Who doesn’t love a delicious snack? We prepare wholesome treats in-house made of natural ingredients. Past favorites have included peanut butter, pumpkin, mashed potato, and more!

Dog Boarding FAQ
Are reservations required?
Yes– in order to for our safety to remain exceptional, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for all of our services.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies, distemper combo, and Bordetella.
How do I make my pet’s reservation?
Give us a call at (903) 753-7297 to get your pet’s reservation started.
Can I tour the facility?
We’d love to show you our resort! Please visit us between 10am and 4pm Monday – Friday and a staff member will guide you on a tour.
I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?
Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our accommodations with more than enough room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
Creature Comforts can accommodate many kinds of special needs. Please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your pet. We’ll consult with your pet’s veterinarian to determine if our resort is the best place for your pet to stay.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
Yes, we’re able to administer many oral and topical medications for a small fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also do offer a special TLC Package designed for older and special needs pets which includes unlimited medication administration.
Can I bring my pet’s own food?
To keep your pet on the diet they’re accustomed to, we ask you please bring their usual food bagged and labeled per serving. We can also provide our house food for a small charge.
What about bedding?
We’ve found dogs are most comfy in the bedding they’re used to at home, so we ask you please bring your pet’s bedding for their stay. All bedding must be labeled. We are not responsible for damaged/lost items.
