Personal Play Options

At Creature Comforts, we understand not every dog prefers to play with the “pack.” It’s important to us that dogs of all social levels have a great time in daycare, and our personal play program was created with these pups in mind. Personal daycare includes customized one-on-one playtimes with a specially trained caregiver doing whatever your pup prefers. They’ll receive lots of exercise, mental engagement, and adoring human attention!

Safety is Number One

The health and safety of our furry guests is our primary focus at Creature Comforts. Our facility and daycare program were designed to give dogs a secure, positive place to have fun while completely supervised by professionals.

  • All first-time visitors join us for an observation day which gives each pet the chance to get familiar with us and our facility while we observe their play behaviors and select the best playmates for them. After the observation day is complete, we will conduct a formal behavioral evaluation on another day.
  • Playgroups are chosen based on size, energy level, and age. It’s important to us that every pet always feels comfortable in group, and we keep a small group size for maximum safety.
  • UV air purification and medical-grade cleaning keep our facility clean and healthy.
  • Complete perimeter double-fencing and 24/7 camera monitoring

Why do professionals recommend doggie daycare?

Mental & Physical Stimulation: Dogs have active minds and bodies, and they’re happiest when kept engaged. Doggie daycare is the ideal place for dogs to play under professional supervision.

Exercise: There’s no substitute for a day full of running and playing, but most pet parents just don’t have the time every day. While you’re working or away from home, your dog will spend their energy in the healthiest possible ways.

Socialization: Many dogs crave socialization with other dogs—it’s in their nature! Daycare is the safest place for dogs to play together. Between our staff supervision, secure environment, observation process, and vaccination requirements, you can enjoy peace of mind your dog is safe at play.

Reduces Destructive Behavior: When dogs get bored or lonely, they’ll often invent ways to stay busy. This can mean chewing your favorite shoes, digging holes in the yard, or barking all day. Daycare gives dogs a constructive way to spend their built-up energy.

Dog Daycare FAQ

What vaccinations are required for daycare?

To keep our daycare guests safe and healthy, we require all dogs to be up to date on vaccinations for rabies, distemper combo, and Bordetella. Additionally, dogs older than 6 months must be spayed/neutered.

Do you require reservations for daycare?

Yes– Your dog’s safety is most important to us. We maintain the best level of staffing every day, keeping our group sizes down and supervision top notch. Therefore, we do require reservations so we can plan accordingly.

My dog doesn’t like to play with other dogs, would they still enjoy daycare?

We appreciate that some dogs would rather play with people than with the “pack.” Our personal play program includes one-on-one playtime with a staff member so your pup can have tons of fun with us. They’ll enjoy all the fun of our play yards, pools, playground and splash pad while soaking up the undivided attention of a caregiver.

Do you require a trial evaluation?

We keep our daycare program as safe as possible by ensuring our guests are comfortable with a social play environment. Each dog joins us for an observation day where we get to observe your pet’s preferred play styles and determine if they’re a good fit for the group. If your pup seems to prefer playing with the staff, we have a personal play program just for dogs like him/her. After the observation day is complete, we will conduct a formal behavioral evaluation on another day.

When can I drop off and pick up my pet?

Please drop off your pet between 7-9am and pick up between 4-6pm. We’re open for daycare Monday through Friday 7am-6pm.

Do you offer daycare packages?

Yes! Daycare is most beneficial to dogs who visit on a regular basis. We offer discounted daycare packages so your dog can make the most out of daycare while you enjoy the savings.
